Returns
We want you to love your gear — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- Sale items are final sale and non-returnable
How to Return:
- Email us at anaamiiofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and the return address
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund (minus original shipping fees)
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- If you need a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund
Note:
- ANAAMII is not responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us
