All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Express Shipping:
    Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
    Perfect for customers who want their order as soon as possible.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery within 10–14 business days after dispatch.
    Ideal for non-urgent orders at a lower shipping cost.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on destination, customs processing, or courier delays. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has received your package.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and vary by region.


Delays & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@anaamii.com with your order number. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
